Do you think a very good and expert computer technician could install me an application which recognizes illegal websites?

I know it's a strange question but sometimes it's not easy for me to tell if a photo could come from a legal (or illegal) website.

Since I ALWAYS use Google Images and download (LEGAL) photos outside every website I feel quite secure.
(So, I NEVER enter websites).

But sometimes searching and searching on Google Images and going to correlated photos I do arrive at strange photos of nudity that I don't know if they are in the legality or illegality.

I never enter websites but sometimes on Google Images I find photos on a grey area which I don't know if they come from a CP website.

In these moments I get really anxious because if a photo excites me I want to download it BUT before doing that I have to be sure that the photo is legal and that it doesn't come from a CP site AND to do that I usually used to send emails to the police sending them the link of the photo asking them if it is legal or illegal.

But since I sent too many emails to the police, I can't have any contacts with them anymore because they'll start getting annoyed of my requests and second reason is because I can't always report photos on the Internet to the police because I'm not a police officer (maybe I could become one?... just kidding).

So, an idea popped up in my head: maybe I could ask a computer technician to install me an application that recognizes illegal photos and illegal websites so I can be sure that I stay in the legality?

What do you think about it? Do you think it is a stupid idea?

As far as I know, there is no program available publicly that can detect and block CP. There are some technologies that are used to detect child abuse images, such as Cleanfeed used by ISPs in UK, that maintain a list of known URLs that host illegal contents or more commonly used database of known hashes ("fingerprints") of such images, but these databases are not available publicly, so that they cannot be used as a source of this content.

I'm sorry, but that is technically not true. Only the thumbnails of images are loaded from Google servers. The larger image that Google Images display you, when you click on that thumbnail, are loaded from the respective websites, on which Google found them. For example, if you search for a images of cat, the results page is loaded from Google servers, but when you click on the first image, it is loaded from third party server (icatcare.com in my case), even if you never click on the larger image, that will redirect you to the other website. From the point of your ISP (and police), you have visited the website.

I didn't know that: thanks for warning me. I have to be much more careful now. Luckily I never ended in illegal photos on Google Images.

Technically, yes. The image is loaded from third party servers, so it is practically the same as if you entered the image URL in the address bar of your browser.

I don't know about your country, but in Czech Republic, the only one that can say whether an image is legal or illegal is a court of law, not the police. Apart from the fact that the number of your inquiries would probably be (and from what you said, already have been) too high and they would get annoyed by it. So no, I personally wouldn't do that and would have to rely on my own common sense. If you're unsure, don't click on it

I think you cant bump on any CP sites on google... All those illegal sites are in other places. Dont worry
