When Kevin was 12 years old he was slapped with a felony. His school's principal caught him and his 10 year old friend sexually experimenting in the boy's bathroom. He says it was consensual, that he wasn't trying to hurt anyone, but Kevin was branded as a Level Two sex offender. His name and photo went up on Lewis County's sex offender website and his life became a living hell.

"When I go to school they would harass me, I got assaulted. They call me chi-mo [child molester], they would call me a baby raper, they would call me horrific names. 'I don't deserve to be alive,' I got told that so many times and that's pretty hard."

I did never like them, I´ll never like the USA.

I am now in Central-America, Guatemala, I did met many refugees from the USA, they can´t stand their insane police-state anylonger and decide to live here or in Mexico with their whole family and they do not mind that here the salary is only 1500 Quetzales / 3250 Pesos (150 euro or 3750 Kc) a month. At least they do not suffer soo much here from the insane police state.

They better put the statue of liberty in Praha and remove it from Washington. There is no liberty in the USA, it´s some kind of North-Korea but without free healthcare and without free education.

Maybe it´s even better to live now in North-Korea. Sex is illegal there as well, probably (although I´m not sure) and it´s a police-state (but the European Union is getting to a police-state as well now), but at least you have free and good doctors, no American stupid Evangelicals (illegal there as well, thanks God) and free university and no crime, lot of nature as well.
However all places on this planet suck, but mainly it´s the fault of the USA.

I wonder actually if pedofilia was illegal in the former Sovjet-Union and the former CSSR. Homosexuality was illegal (but not in the socialist Albania), but I´ve no idea if they were against pedofilia or pedosexuality as well (the Polit-bureau).
In the beginning of socialism all types of sex where legal, there was no discrimination of any kind in the Sovjet-Union in the ´20´s. This was only for a short period.

Havel from Republika Cestina was against all forms of discrimination. However he´s not alive anymore and the next generation of politicians do not seem to care so much anylonger about discrimination unfortenately.

Nor homosexuality or pedophilia was illegal in cssr (socialist republic). There were not specificially defined laws in legislation, connected to sexual minorities (like today "childporn laws").
Of course making and dealing of childporn was persecuted, but same law worked against other types of pornography. There was no official pornography at all..

Surprisingly komunistic regime was much more correct in this case.

Sexual minorities were just "ignored"..
