An article reacting to hysteria over Mia Freedman's statement on TV ("We accept that gay people can't change who they love and who they're sexually attracted to, so why do we think that people who are sexually attracted to children can be rehabilitated?") and trying to deal with ethical questions of same-sex and adult-child sexual relationships. The problems in the article: 1) It misrepresents Mia Freedman's point. 2) It downplays the desires of pedophiles and makes a false statement about them. ("Pedophilia is not like that all. The pedophile is not seeking a loving intimate relationship, though he may delude himself into thinking that that’s what he wants.") But it points out the problem with the things people often say. But then the argument goes wrong.

Looks like another "nonphedophile" thinking thet he knows more about paedophiles then paedophiles themselves....
